Many buses serve Manila to Legazpi from Pasay Terminal in Manila and Araneta Center Cubao Terminal in Quezon City. From NAIA Terminal 1, 2, 3, and 4, you can take a taxi to Pasay Terminal as it is the closest from the airport. There are also jeepneys but it is rather complex for first time travelers. Most buses leave Manila by 5:00 to 8:30 in the morning and by as early as 3:00 in the afternoon. Last bus leaves around 9:00 PM. It’s best to check the schedule on www.phbus.com. We highly recommend Cagsawa Bus Liner and Peñafrancia Liner. Most liner are also good and comfortable. Travel time is around 12-14 hours depending on traffic. Night trips are usually faster.
